Principal & Co-Founder
Next to my family, I have taken tremendous enjoyment out of my experience building BaldwinClarke with my partner Chuck Baldwin and our team of exceptional professionals for the last 50 years. We have been blessed to have such loyal and committed associates that have truly cared about helping our client succeed. Given our collective experience that we have accrued over the years, we as an organization, feel well prepared to help our clients meet the challenges that life continues to present.
On a personal note, I have had the pleasure of living on a working farm with my wife Linda who has been a true partner in so many ways. We enjoy the outdoors and spend a lot of time getting to know Mother Nature.
M&A and Capital Advisory
My belief that the role of business is to create shareholder value has been a major tenet in my work. I have employed this belief in developing financial strategies for clients and negotiating transactions. I have always recognized and valued the unique qualities of a business, beyond conventional norms, to help its owners develop creative alternatives to bring their opportunities and strategies to the attention of the marketplace. I have spent my career representing clients in communicating these strategies and negotiating financial transactions designed to meet their objectives. Over my career, I have developed a broad background across many industries with particular areas of expertise in renewable energy, healthcare, business services, and manufacturing.
